I recently stayed at the hotel and had an overall wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering a smooth check-in process.The lobby was beautifully designed with elegant décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious,and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a touch that truly elevated the experience. The hotel’s restaurant served a delightful buffet, offering a wide range good quality good. The highlight of my stay was the hotel’s pool area provided a tranquil escape with stunning views of the surrounding landscape The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was also very very helpful. I cannot mentioned anyones name becuase each and every person in the hotel is wonderful and makes your stay easy and confortable.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was good value for money for a family of 5. We had a 2.5 yr old with us which meant we needed room service quite a few times but everytime it was reasonably prompt barring the odd occasion when it got delayed but not by a lot. The buffet dinner was amazing along with the breakfast which had a nice spread and lots of live counters. Wr could even park the car at the villa so we didnt need the valet. Overall nice for a max 2 day visit

The location/ ambience , cleanliness / courteous Staff , in particular, Mr Sheetal at the front desk / reception . The food was awesome . The Fun Zone was excellent fun . Overall excellent 👍

My overall experience was outstanding at Radisson. I booked the private villa, and it was amazing, and the service provided was up to the mark. It was my parent's anniversary and they came up with an amazing way to welcome us and they also decorated one of the rooms with a cake which was a great gesture. All the amenities and facilities were also up to the mark, along with the service provided by the staff out there. Additionally, the food was also just amazing and up to the standards of the property. Great property overall, and I would highly recommend a stay or a getaway at Radisson Karjat.

Breakfast is always excellent with Radisson hotels. Pool, spa, evening activities, food, property and location all was a plus for me. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Staff is very cordial and helpful. They even have a kids play area and games arcade which is like a additional benefit so you have plenty to do at the property itself

The approach road is bit tiresome as being situated in small town, it's not in the best condition for smooth ride. Was bumpy ride to the resort after leaving the highway. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome, had too many options in Buffet to select from. Plus the staff and Chef were courteously serving as per demand. The Game zone was fun. The Spa service was excellent too. Had a relaxing staycation.

I like the service provided by the staff .Very attentive and quick service . I ordered food through room service and it was quick and efficient. Quality of food was excellent through I will recommend you to the hot food in hot box . So the food remain hot for longer period. Also the hotel provided khichdi and milk for baby on free of cost which again shows that its family friendly hotel and don't worry abt the kid food . Even the breakfast had a huge varieties for european as well as indian guest . Chai was perfectly made and served in Indian Local style. Pool side is huge and beautiful to swim . Staffs are super friendly.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Staff and only staff. Everything else can be available anywhere else but great hospitality comes from great staff. Every treatment was special one to each and every guests. Thanks to entire Radisson Team. This resort takes very good care of infants. Everything in the hotel was fantastic.
